Skip into Christmas at Hanningtons

Christmas is well and truly on its way at Hanningtons Brighton. This Thursday (17th November), our Christmas lights will be switched on by none other than the Theatre Royal’s mascot mouse Skip who is playing a starring role in Sugar, Spice and all things mice from Sun 18 – Sat 24 Dec. Skip will be switching on the lights at 6pm in the square outside The Flint House, Hanningtons Lane.

We have filled the Lane with Christmas trees and lights and there will be mulled wine, mince pies, music from Sherika Sherard and of course Skip!

We are also running a competition on socials with the Theatre Royal to give away four tickets for opening night of their main headline show for the Christmas period Death Drop. Follow us for details!

We are creating a magical Christmas experience at Hanningtons, with our very own Christmas gift guide from independent and artisan retailers, Christmas trees and lights throughout Hanningtons Lane, plus events including Drag Queen Storytelling, photo moments and musicians. All this can be found in our open air, pedestrianised Lane and piazza. 

And of course, all your favourite restaurants and cafes at Hanningtons will be bringing you some of the best dining experiences in Brighton. Late night shopping, twinkly lights, fun, surprises, mulled wine, hot chocolate, cocktails and a huge Christmas tree – grab a friend or family member and make time for magic this festive season.
